At this workshop, you will learn how to make your own delicious, homemake extracts, including: vanilla, orange, lemon, mint and almond along with vanilla sugar. By registering, you will recieve a kit to make an 8-ounce bottle of vanilla from Madagascar vanilla beans. (The kit retails for $25.) You'll meet other enthusiastic cookie bakers and we'll have a cookie exchange. Bring 3 dozen of your best cookies (ready to be put out in a box or on a tray) along with your own container to take cookies home. You'll leave with a 3 dozen variety of cookies. We'll provide the coffee.
